{"id":112,"date":"2011-07-31T16:55:44","date_gmt":"2011-07-31T16:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.1.50\/Themes\/2012\/Nano2\/Website_WP\/?page_id=112"},"modified":"2018-06-12T15:45:10","modified_gmt":"2018-06-12T18:45:10","slug":"puestas","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.inproelec.com\/en\/puestas\/","title":{"rendered":"Commissioning and Field Testing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"matsn1\">Outstanding projects of Comissioning and Field Testing in which Inproelec has participated.<\/p>\r\n<ul style=\"font-weight:400;list-style-type:none; background-color:white;margin-top:30px;border-radius: 25px;padding-top:1em;padding-right:1em;padding-bottom:1em;\">\t<li style=\"border-bottom: 1px solid #ccc;padding-bottom:10px;\"><a class=\"matsn\" href=\"#i1\">Electrical Protections of 33 kV Substation \u2013 ESSO Campana Fuel Refinery<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"padding-bottom:10px;border-bottom: 1px solid #ccc\"><a class=\"matsn\" href=\"#i2\">Generator Protection \u2013 Celulosa Argentina Capit\u00e1n Berm\u00fadez Pulp Paper Plant<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"padding-bottom:10px;border-bottom: 1px solid #ccc\"><a class=\"matsn\" href=\"#i3\">Electrical Protections - Chabas 132 kV Substation<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"padding-bottom:10px;border-bottom: 1px solid #ccc\"><a class=\"matsn\" href=\"#i4\">Protection, Control and Measurement Devices - Molinos San Lorenzo Plant<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<li style=\"padding-bottom:10px;border-bottom: 1px solid #ccc\"><a class=\"matsn\" href=\"#i5\">500 kV Current Transformers - Cobos 500 kV Substation<\/a><\/li><li><a class=\"matsn\" href=\"#i6\">355 MVA Combined Cycle TR10, TR11 and TR12 Transformers \u2013 Central Puerto Steam Power Plant<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\r\n<br\/><hr\/>\r\n<div id=\"i1\">\r\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-top-remove\">Electrical Protections of 33 kV Substation \u2013 ESSO Campana Fuel Refinery<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"matsn1\">Client: <strong>ESSO PETROLERA ARGENTINA S.R.L.<\/strong><\/p><hr>\r\n<p class=\"matsn\">The incorporation of a new medium voltage cell in 33 kV Substation of the Refinery, to supply the Air Liquide Plant, required enlargement and testing of the existing differential busbar system, as well as the parameterization and testing of protections of new cell and others belonging to the incoming 33 kV feeders of the Refinery, like as feeder differential protection, overcurrents and directional overcurrents.<\/p><\/div>\r\n<br\/><hr><br\/><div id=\"i2\">\r\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-top-remove\">Generator Protection \u2013 Celulosa Argentina Capit\u00e1n Berm\u00fadez Pulp Paper Plant<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"matsn1\">Client: <strong>CELULOSA ARGENTINA S.A.<\/strong><\/p><hr>\r\n<p class=\"matsn\">During the annual stop of the plant were carried out comprehensive testing corresponding to preventive maintenance of the ABB REG 216 generator protection, installed in the power plant.<\/p><p class=\"matsn\">\r\nThe works included the detection and repair of fault presented in the protection, and subsequent testing of all functions built in the system.<\/p><p class=\"matsn\">\r\nMoreover complete testing of field devices, all analog circuits, signaling and tripping associated to generator protection were carried out.\r\n<\/p><\/div>\r\n<br\/><hr><br\/><div id=\"i3\">\r\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-top-remove\">Electrical Protections - Chabas 132 kV Substation<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"matsn1\">Client: <strong>AREVA S.A.<\/strong><\/p><hr>\r\n<p class=\"matsn\">Configuration, setting and testing of AREVA transformer differential and overcurrent protections. Work was carried out during commissioning of 132 kV Chabas Substation.\r\n<\/p><\/div>\r\n<br\/><hr><br\/><div id=\"i4\">\r\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-top-remove\">Protection, Control and Measurement Devices - Molinos San Lorenzo Plant<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"matsn1\">Client: <strong>MOLINOS RIO DE LA PLATA S.A.<\/strong><\/p><hr>\r\n<p class=\"matsn\">During the annual stop the plant were carried out electrical testing of Protection, Control and Measurement ABB REF 541 terminals, corresponding to the 33 kV cells of 33 kV in substations SET1, 7, 8, 10 and 12. Testing of all protection functions in service, included in each one of the terminals, were carried out trough secondary injection with the aid of three phase injection test set. Moreover functional testing of the cells was also carried out.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<br\/><hr><br\/><div id=\"i5\">\r\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-top-remove\">500 kV Current Transformers - Cobos 500 kV Substation<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"matsn1\">Client: <strong>AREVA S.A.<\/strong><\/p><hr>\r\n<p class=\"matsn\">During the start-up of the new Cobos 500 kV Substation, 500 kV current transformers electrical testing have been conducted.<\/p><p class=\"matsn\">\r\nFollowings testing were made:<br\/>\r\n\u2013 Ratio.<br\/>\r\n\u2013 Polarity.<br\/>\r\n\u2013 Excitation curve.<br\/>\r\n\u2013 Winding Resistance.<br\/>\r\n- Insulation resistance of secondary windings against earth.\r\n<\/p><\/div>\r\n<br\/><hr><br\/><div id=\"i6\">\r\n<h3 class=\"uk-margin-top-remove\">355 MVA Combined Cycle TR10, TR11 and TR12 Transformers \u2013 Central Puerto Steam Power Plant<\/h3>\r\n<p class=\"matsn1\">Client: <strong>ELECTROINGENIER\u00cdA S.A.<\/strong><\/p><hr>\r\n<p class=\"matsn\">Technical problems and repeated failures in the original Transformers of 786 MW Central Puerto Combined Cycle required the replacement of the faulty ones by new units.
